Types of glass

Most glass types can be used for artistic applications

Antique glass, mouth-blown mainly as colour with one or two layers (flash) or even double flash ; there is a choice of clear, opal or opaque glass. Glass is made in small quantities most colours are possible.

- different industrial glass (ornament), limited colour range

- floatglass (clear glass) in different thicknesses

- toughened glass

- laminated safety glass; also possible photovoltaic safety laminated glass

- double glazing

- dichroic glass

It is possible to combine most glass with each other without any problems.
